As Vice President of Administration, Kim plays a key role in operational and strategic decisions for the company. Based on her extensive expertise in financial analysis, corporate real estate, valuations, reengineering, and deal structuring, Kim is a versatile member of the executive management team. Most recently, she has overseen the expansion and integration of Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group, which was formed when The Sunshine Group merged with Corcoran in July 2005.

Kim joined Corcoran in 2005, after 10 years in the real estate industry. She has provided consulting services to national real estate organizations, brokerage firms, and residential and commercial developers. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University and a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate and Finance from The Ohio State University.
