Gina Decker Senior Managing Director, Amagansett, Montauk, and Sag Harbor

An East End resident for 20 years and real estate professional there for 19, Gina Decker not only understands the market but has experienced the evolving trends which make the area so unique. As Managing Director of Corcoran’s Sag Harbor, Amagansett and Montauk offices, she utilizes her expertise well to inspire agents’ performance while streamlining clients’ deals.

Originally from the Bronx, Gina attended Hofstra University where she studied marketing and business. She went on to graduate from Parsons School of Design then worked in the world of advertising and communications in New York City designing corporate audio-visual productions. Her effective interaction with high-level executives and creativity in fulfilling their goals set the perfect stage for her work in real estate.

Always drawn to the Hamptons, Gina lived in Southampton for 11 years then Sag Harbor, her current home, for the last nine. Pursuing real estate as a career was a natural fit for Gina, whose success stems from her passion for the area’s history and beauty, unparalleled knowledge of the market, and deep appreciation for the needs of a diverse clientele – who range from area natives to Manhattanites. Former manager of a Southampton office prior to joining Corcoran, Gina is a dedicated, caring and supportive role model for those who work with her.

Married with two children, Gina is as devoted to her family and community as she is to her work. When time allows, she especially enjoy the outdoors, boating and photography, her favorite hobby of all, with Sag Harbor the best backdrop she could ever imagine.
