Lifelong Hamptons resident Tim Davis is an accomplished career real estate broker who boasts more than 28 years of experience and is considered to be an expert in the Hamptons marketplace. His leadership resulted in expansion of the firm to 12 offices from Westhampton Beach to Montauk, Shelter Island and on the North Fork, with 350 agents and 1.2 Billion in sales. In August of 2006, Tim and his two partners sold Allan Schneider Associates to NRT/Realogy.

Under the Corcoran umbrella, Tim as part of the Corcoran management team continues to manage the prominent Southampton office where he takes a hands-on supervisory approach to everything from operations and training to brokers and transactions. He additionally serves a select group of discerning real estate clients and customers for whom he personally handles the gamut real estate needs.
