Since entering real estate in 1997, Jack Pearson has consistently been a top-producing broker. His integrity, strong service ethic and outstanding results have earned him recognition in the industry and respect from his peers, and more importantly appreciation from the loyal customers and clients who repeatedly utilize and refer him.

Born in Memphis, Tennessee and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, Jack has called New York home for nearly 20 years. A resident of Water Mill for more than a decade, he brings a deep understanding of the emotions and finances involved in home and business investment to his work to help residential and commercial customers realize their dreams and clients achieve their sales goals.

In addition to his Corcoran duties, he recently began a niche real estate development business with a partner, and interior designer, to create specialty stylized homes for the discerning customer. They have already created and sold one designer home and are working on their next project.

Prior to joining the real estate profession, Jack enjoyed a prestigious career as a senior executive in fashion retail including lengthy stints with the renowned establishments Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdale’s and Saks Fifth Avenue. His unparalleled attention to detail and service have brought Jack a broad array of satisfied clients and earned him a reputation as a reliable, results-driven residential specialist.

A graduate of the University of Texas where he received his Bachelor of Business Administration, Jack is a former board member of and national media spokesperson for FICA. In his leisure time, he is an avid tennis and bridge player, and enjoys traveling abroad.
