Debra Hoffman-Brill Vice President, Associate Broker

Debra knows how dramatic the change, and how big the adjustment one undergoes when moving from the suburbs to the heart of Manhattan, having done so in 1978 after growing up in the Los Angeles area all her life. Practically a native, she raised her family in the New York area, she exudes a warmth, sincerity, honesty and integrity that continually keeps customers and clients loyal to her.

Debra recently received recognition from NRT Incorporated (The Corcoran Group’s parent company) for being one of 1,000 of the top gross dollar producers out of 64,000 agents nationwide. A member of REBNY (The Real Estate Board of New York), The Corcoran Group’s prestigious Multi Million Dollar Club and recently promoted to Associate Broker then Vice President, Debra is also formerly a paralegal working in the real estate and trust and estate field. Because of this background she is familiar with the intricacies and paperwork involved in the selling and purchasing of your home.

Known for her expertise and knowledge of Co-op Boards, Debra teaches a class at the JCC of Manhattan entitled “How to Pass a Co-op Board Interview Every Time”. Continuing in education, Debra is also a member of the Corcoran Group’s education committee, where she trains new Corcoran agents on how to work with Sellers honestly, ethically and fairly.

Coming from a real estate family in Los Angeles, Debra has also worked for years as a volunteer and fundraiser for many charities. While spending time with family and friends or singing with the choir to which she belongs on the Upper East Side, Debra is always thinking of that perfect “match” apartment for each current contact.
