A ninth generation American and native New Yorker, David’s pre-revolutionary war family roots are deeply embedded in real estate enough to earn mention in numerous American history text books. More recently, or during the last one hundred years, one side of David’s family arrived through Ellis Island from Russia while the other side who were already well established in New York, were among the first to open Black owned businesses in Harlem. In part, David’s inheritance is his love for the city he calls home which helps fuel his success in many closed transactions involving New Yorkers from around the world.
