Eve Levine came to real estate with a goal: she wanted to
bring her naturally outgoing and gregarious personality and fresh,
down-to-earth approach to an industry with a mercurial reputation.
As a bright-eyed 17 year-old, Eve moved to Manhattan from Northern
California to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree in Visual Art and Art
History from Barnard College, and immediately fell in love with the
energy and romance of New York City.
After having lived in the city for 16 years, Eve got to know New York
in a new way. Quickly adapting to the rapid pace of the Manhattan and
Brooklyn rental and sales market, Eve has built a business based on
integrity and high quality of service. Her keen ability to listen to
and distill the needs and wants of her customers and clients allows her
to efficiently bring them to their new home. With her pet project Home
Buying for Hipsters (free happy-hour seminars about the home buying
process in New York City) she targets an underserved population, real
estate-wise.
Eve enjoyed several careers before real estate, including restaurant
and catering chef, junior high school mathematics and substitute
teacher and book-keeper. Her eclectic background gives her
flexibility, humor and readiness for every possible scenario.
In her free time Eve enjoys teaching herself the drums, playing and
seeing live music, drawing, and jogging.
Whether you are renting, buying or selling, place your real estate
needs in Eve’s hands with total confidence that she will direct her
full attention to your project and work until she finds the perfect
home to suit your needs.
