Entrusting your property marketing to Grace results in an aggressive campaign that involves: in-depth marketing analysis and strategy to best position your property; targeting the best market audience; incorporating professional staging for optimal presentation; floor plan drafting and photography to showcase your property above the rest. Her extensive market experience, analytical ability, marketing talent and customer service savvy consistently enable smooth transitions from construction to closing. Grace devotes equal care and attention to her resale and rental clients, who rely on her wealth of knowledge and vast resources to get your property noticed, or find the best home for your needs.
