Growing up in a family of developers in Central Florida, real estate was always the topic of conversation several times a day, everyday. It was only natural that Josh would find a career in real estate. Determined to make his own way and not take over the family business, Josh co-founded, owned and operated his own real estate company after just a year in the business. That experience allowed Josh the opportunity to serve hundreds of buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants in transactions throughout the many diverse neighborhoods of the city. Those satisfied customers have honored that service with continual referral business.

Prior to working in real estate, Josh worked at a major local marketing and advertising firm in Manhattan. That experience has played a large part in shaping his approach to marketing properties. The goal must be to expose your property to as many potential customers as possible- imperative to attaining the most desired results. Josh has enjoyed living in Manhattan for the past 7 years and currently resides in a co-op on the Upper East Side. Josh is an active volunteer and member of his church. When not hard at work, he enjoys visiting family in Florida, traveling abroad and biking in Central Park.
