Originally from Shanghai, Janet completed undergraduate studies in Accounting then moved to Florida to earn her Masters degree in Finance. Moving then to Hong Kong, she worked as assistant controller for a large 5-Star Hotel, subsequently securing prominent positions at a number of airlines which allowed her the opportunity to travel extensively. Her exceptional financial savvy and worldliness coupled with her demanding sales, marketing, accounting and budgeting responsibilities through the years prepared Janet well for the real estate career she would ultimately enjoy.

Janet’s interest in real estate piqued upon becoming a successful investor herself while in Hong Kong. She brought her expertise to San Francisco where she lived before falling in love with and moving to New York.
