Kristina Leonetti’s unique approach to
brokering has been flatteringly described by her loyal clients as “proactive,
down to earth and unflappable” – basically “above and beyond” expectation is the
consensus. It’s no wonder then that this Corcoran Multi-Million-Dollar Club
member is rewarded for her efforts with enthusiastic referrals and repeat
customers who turn to no one else for their real estate needs.
A native New Yorker who knows the city intimately from the Upper East and West
Sides of Manhattan to Brooklyn, Kristina epitomizes the drive, dedication and
determination it takes to make it in this great city. Formerly a talent in
post-production and animation for TV giants like CBS, CNBC and MTV, she is as
accustomed to fast-paced, high-pressure environments as she is adept at making
great things happen within the shortest timeframe possible. To Kristina, staying
focused, listening well, thinking quickly and responding accurately are key to
excelling in residential sales, and vital in forging trusting relationships to
ensure clients for life.
Kristina respects the major decision and financial implications involved in the
purchase or sale of a home, so draws upon her business savvy, market knowledge
and creative thinking to ensure that the process goes smoothly. She credits her
strong work ethic and practical, professional approach to her father, a gifted
salesman with his own NYC-based firm for over 15 years who taught Kristina never
to settle for anything other than top-quality customer service.
“Dangling around the golf course with my father as a kid,” says Kristina,” I
remember what he told me – that there’s no one out here to watch that you’re not
cheating, and that it’s you against yourself. This philosophy is true in every
area of life, particularly in my work.” Kristina knows that tremendous
commitment, follow through and integrity make the difference between an ordinary
and extraordinary broker…and she provides nothing less.
Well educated at New York University and Fordham University, Kristina enjoys a
diversity of interests when time outside of work allows. A soccer player for the
New York Women’s Metropolitan Soccer League, NAUI-Certified scuba diver, and
contributor to the cutting-edge Velvetpark Magazine, she has also long enjoyed
travel from Italy to Africa and most places in between. Kristina can also be
found zigzagging the city streets on her vintage ’66 baby blue Vespa GT, or at
home spinning old LP records from her vast vinyl collection.
