Maria has a reputation as a hard-working, knowledgeable broker who goes above and beyond assisting all of her clients in their real estate transactions. Her competence and creativity have shepherded some of the most complex deals to completion - and client satisfaction. Many of her sales have set records for price per square foot throughout the years. Her specialty is larger apartments, and as you might expect, she possesses a voluminous knowledge of buildings, boards and neighborhoods.

Ms. Pashby was recipient of REBNY’s Deal of the Year Award in both 2004 and 2006. She is consistently among Corcoran’s Top 25 Brokers company-wide, as well as a member of the President’s Council, the Multi- million – Dollar Club and in the top 1.8 percent of NRT’s 54,000 Sales Associates nationwide year after year.

She has a predominantly referral-based clientele ranging from growing families to relocations from Europe and Latin America, who make up a large and fiercely loyal club.

Partnering with her daughter, Joanna Pashby, they were responsible for commanding over $120MM in sales in 2008. Needless to say, she is one of Manhattan's busiest, most productive brokers.

Born in Portugal and educated in England, Ms. Pashby has spent most of her adult life in Manhattan, residing in Carnegie Hill and Central Park West.
