Merope formerly ran a gallery and sold contemporary art in SoHo. She currently uses her art background to assist her real estate clientele to understand the possibilities of any given space. Merope helps her buyers understand the visual potential of a property that may not be glaringly apparent, and her sellers benefit from her ability to maximize the presentations of their properties in order achieve the highest possible price for their home.
Merope earned her graduate degree in art history from the University of Chicago. Upon returning to her hometown, she embraced the world of art sales for nearly a decade, then worked in publishing for the Metropolitan Museum of Art prior to making the decision to enter real estate. She is a natural at selling not only because of her marketing and negotiation skills, but also because of her genuine concern for her clientele’s particular outcomes. Merope forms relationships rather than merely making sales, and she is constantly complimented with referrals as well as repeat business.
