As a native New Yorker, born and raised in Manhattan, I have a full knowledge of New York City and the very diverse real estate market unlike anywhere else. Having grown up and spending all my life in Manhattan and now the past few years in Brooklyn, I have experienced all NYC has to offer in culture, cuisine, art, and engaging so many people. Currently a proud homeowner along with my wife, Lauren, in the vibrant and booming neighborhood of Downtown Brooklyn, I have a great pulse on Brooklyn and the continued growth here in our fantastic borough! I know that selling or finding a home is a full-time job that I embrace with honesty & professionalism every day. I believe that my success in the industry can be attributed to listening to my clients needs and staying educated on a market that is always fast paced and ever changing.
The Real Estate industry has been a wonderful second career choice for me. I had previously worked in the Restaurant business in Manhattan for over 15 years. That business was great training for this industry because the highest level of customer service and follow up with clients dictated repeat business & referrals. Working with top chefs, owners & clients taught me the importance of consistent hard work over time and the art of listening.
I have always known that I wanted to be in the business of people. My passion for NYC and its people have come full circle by working in the real estate business…..there is no greater feeling then finding someone a new home, property or investment in my hometown! I work with investors & developers in maximizing their returns and continuing to search diligently for new opportunities in Brooklyn. I am an active member of the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce, the exclusive Corcoran Multi-Million Dollar Club & was the Corcoran 2006 Brooklyn Rookie of the Year.
My passions include real estate investing and world traveling. Together with my wife, Lauren, we volunteer time to Dress for Success & Meals on Wheels programs.
