Rob brings many assets to his real estate career from a distinguished background as a Certified Financial Planner practitioner and commercial banker, namely his combination of empathy and financial expertise. Prior to joining Corcoran, Rob worked as a Vice President for HSBC Bank in NY City where he handled real estate and business finance, cash management and credit analysis. Rob truly makes a client feel like a real estate industry insider, giving them all the tools that Corcoran offers along with his substantial experience and wisdom in financial planning.

Rob was born in Manhattan, and has called the West Village home for over a decade, all the while motivated by an intense fondness for New York City and its diversity. When not out hunting for properties, Rob enjoys spending time with his wife Maura (also his business partner at Corcoran). Rob and Maura have a daughter at PS41, and a very large dog named Shamba. Rob is active in community and business associations, including the Charles Street Association, the US Green Building Council, and the NY Chapter of The Association for Corporate Growth. Rob is Treasurer of his West Village Co-Op at 350 Bleecker Street. To relax (as if he has time), Rob likes to run long distances. He will run his fourth NYC Marathon next November, as a member of a great charity called Team For Kids (TFKWorldwide.org).
