Shii Ann’s assertiveness, honesty, and sense of humor comes as no surprise to clients who know of her history as the first Asian-American to star in CBS’s hit television series “Survivor: Thailand”. Prior to joining Corcoran, she used these talents to outplay, outwit and outlast most of her fellow contestants. In 2004, the show’s producers invited her to reappear in the “Survivor: All Stars” series along with other favorite cast members from past seasons.
A longtime New York City resident and enthusiast of its diverse neighborhoods and cultures, Shii Ann enjoys exploring the city and discovering properties old and new (as much as she enjoyed tackling the diverse terrain of her “Survivor” adventures). Her vast knowledge of the city and straightforward guidance throughout the selling, buying, and investing real estate process are all part of the outstanding full service she provides clients.
Born in Taiwan and raised in Arizona, Shii Ann graduated from the University of California at Berkeley and moved to Manhattan to pursue a career in marketing and new media. After receiving a Master’s degree in Communications from New York University, she found great success as an executive recruiter for the financial markets, where she honed her skills as a keen negotiator.

Robert Jackson Robert Jackson knew he wanted to be in real estate since the ripe old age of 15, when he obsessively attended open houses with a relative who was moving to Manhattan from Texas while looking for an apartment. By age 18, he got his real estate license, then learned the ropes as an assistant in his hometown Rockland County, NY while attending St. Thomas Aquinas College at night. Getting his first listing at 20, Rob further cemented his passion as a profession. Though for him it was not only about the sale. Rob gains incredible personal satisfaction helping clients achieve their goals, while providing them with all the support and guidance they need to make the right decisions.
Rob considers himself a real estate “geek” because his life revolves around the business. Working alongside top Corcoran brokers, he lends his experience and knowledge to every buyer and seller to ensure the most streamlined transaction possible.
