Previously, Adam began his creative career working through the ranks of the art department within the commercial television and photo industries. He has art directed and or designed numerous music videos, commercials and photo shoots and has shared several awards, including MTV Best Music Video of the Year for Beck’s “Devil’s Haircut” and Life Magazine’s Best Portrait of the Year for Mark Seliger’s depiction of Ben Stiller titled ‘The Evolution of Ben”.

Realizing the power and inevitability of converging technologies, Adam made the leap into the interactive world joining Ultra 16 as the Managing Partner. In his two year stint he grew the company over 1000% and lead its way onto the Delloitte & Touche Fast Fifty list. Adam managed and negotiated contracts for Sony, Young & Rubicam, Polo Ralph Lauren, NFL, Major League Baseball and Scholastic. All accounts have garnered long-term relationships and won awards including a Canne Bronze Cybor Lion, NielsonNetRatings #1 Team Site, and best Music Site, Yahoo 2000.
