He's a born and bred native New Yorker with more than twenty years experience in real estate. Upon completing a graduate degree at Teachers College, Columbia University, Dennis worked steadfastly in the world of not for profit, specifically vocational rehabilitation, and ultimately achieved the position of Executive Director. During these years in the early 80's he started in real estate as an investor, buying, selling and renting his own apartments. Expanding the opportunities, he soon developed a niche for acquiring foreclosures at auctions.
What was an avocation then became his professional objective for the future: to pursue a full-time career in real estate. In a short while, Dennis became one of the top producers in New York's finest firm.
Dennis is consistently a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Club, which recognizes outstanding sales achievements. In 2003 he was named Top 25 companywide. He achieves the highest ranking among his colleagues across the country with Corcoran's parent company, NRT, ranking in the top 1.7 percent among 56,000 sales associates.

Born and raised on the East End of Long Island Brennan has never been far from Manhattan. He attended Radford University in Virginia to obtain a B.S. in Criminal Justice and Psychology. Brennan returned to Long Island upon graduating in the spring of 02' to join Corcoran's now affiliate agency, Cook Pony Farm. After spending a year selling waterfront homes, vineyards, and farm houses, Brennan found himself yearning for a more aggressive, faster pace market. Exceptional listening skills paired with his assertive personality is a valuable asset to the Hughes team. |

Anthony Cangemi
Anthony Cangemi formerly worked for a non-profit arts organization throughout the United States and Europe. He has vast experience working with a wide variety of people and became an associate real estate broker in 2005; he maintains a strong desire to help people find their place in Manhattan.
