To say that Lisa Fitzig can capably orchestrate an intricate transaction and a mutually beneficial meeting of the minds is truly an understatement. This smart, savvy and tenacious professional, who enjoyed a long successful career on Wall Street, brings to real estate seasoned business skills, sharp financial insight, proficiency as a negotiator and broad market expertise.
Lisa formerly honed her vast experience and wealth of contacts at a roster of the highest-profile financial firms with nearly 30 years in the investment banking business. Prior to joining The Corcoran Group, she was Deputy Head of the Global Industrial Group, Investment Banking for Citigroup, where she managed a 150-plus team that called on industrial and infrastructure clients worldwide for investment banking services, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt. She has also held positions as Chief Operating / Administrative Officer for the Mergers & Acquisitions Group and Managing Director for the Public Finance Department. Moreover, she has broad experience in public finance, and her former clients include The City of New York.
While obviously very accomplished, Lisa is also very astute and well educated. She earned a B.A. in Political Science, Summa Cum Laude, from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. (with her junior year at the London School of Economics), and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania.
Lisa, who lives with her husband and two children in an Upper East Side brownstone, has resided in or near New York City her entire life and has called Manhattan home for 30 years. She is a long-time Manhattan property owner, having bought her first apartment in the Gramercy area. As such, she understands the unique real estate needs of everyone, from prominent professionals to families looking to complement their lifestyle with the special home they deserve.
