Having been an attorney and civil litigator for many years, the aspiring realtor within finally emerged, and Elizabeth opted to use her legal skills as a backdrop for a career in real estate.

As an Associate Broker with Corcoran for the past few years, coupled with her successful management of family-owned real estate for the past 10 years, Elizabeth has honed research, financial assessment, negotiation, and problem-solving skills that have enabled her to fulfill the dreams of many buyers by helping them to find and secure that perfect home. Conversely, for her sellers, Elizabeth employs tremendous effort and takes great pride in the details and presentation of their homes. With her astute pricing recommendations, her natural eye for staging (often with her own inventory of accessories), her creative marketing abilities, and her acuity for assessing the financial qualifications of potential buyers--she gives her clients, and their homes, the very best representation—regardless of property size or price range.

She is a born and bred New-Yorker, and currently resides in the uber-chic Williamsburg, where new development continues to abound, and Manhattanites are settling in on a regular basis. In fact, given her residency and expertise in Brooklyn, assisting in the relocation of many such Manhattanites has become somewhat a specialty for her, not only in Williamsburg, but in many other fascinating neighborhoods such as Park Slope, Carroll Gardens, Fort Greene, Clinton Hill, Crown Heights & Prospect Heights—just to name a few.

As founder of the Live Your Dream Partnership (along with Corcoran partner Michael Alenick), Elizabeth focuses on helping her clients realize their real estate aspirations, and offers them a proven track record and a qualified referral base for all of their related real estate needs.

When she’s not engaged in seeking out your ideal castle--or selling it--Elizabeth loves to read, travel, garden, bike ride, cook for family and friends, and dine out. She is an ardent animal and bird lover (she has quite the kaboodle of her own as well as 2 exotic parrots), and is an avid basketball fan (having been a Knick season subscriber for 11 years). She is also the owner of a successful handcrafted candle business that has surreptitiously provided her with a unique form of relaxation therapy.
