Looking back, Janice would have to say her whole life has been training for a career in Real Estate.

Along the way to Real Estate, Janice stopped off for a 25-year career in advertising. Prior to joining Corcoran, Janice worked as a Senior Vice President/Strategic Planner at J Walter Thompson, the #1 agency in the US. This distinguished background provides Janice with the necessary marketing and creative skills to competitively position and successfully sell properties. In addition, Janice's enthusiasm, understanding of the critical importance of client service, and ability to work under pressure helps make the process run more smoothly and comfortably for her clients - even in today's aggressive marketplace.

A childhood spent moving - as a daughter of an IBM-er - prepared her for everything involved in finding your way in a new home - from making the space your own, to making new acquaintances, to finding out what to do and where to go. And, since moving to Manhattan 25 years ago, Janice has owned three apartments - most recently a loft in the Meatpacking District - making her very familiar with the ins and outs of NYC Real Estate. These experiences have provided Janice with the necessary insights and skills to help buyers more easily determine their needs, and to carefully guide them through the purchase process, while helping them negotiate the best deal.

When not hard at work, Janice can be found walking her dog, Lulu, and checking out what's new in her neighborhood.
