Among them are integrity, dedicated service, in-depth community/market knowledge, effective negotiation skills, and customer service beyond customer’s expectations, all of which Meegan Darby brings to her work.

Meegan applies her years of market experience and outstanding technology skills to ensure that every detail is tended to when purchasing or selling a home. “I really listen to my clients and respect their unique needs,” says Meegan, a full-service broker who represents both home sellers and buyers, but feels just as comfortable finding someone the perfect summer rental. With her great memory for detail, she is always looking, remembering and ready to jump on opportunity when that special place comes along.

Originally from Florida, Meegan followed the coastline spending some time on the Jersey coast before settling on Long Island. Accustomed to life by the water, she moved to the East End in 1996, marrying an established local contractor, proprietor of James Darby Masonry, with whom she resides in Southampton. The greatest joy in Meegan’s life is her daughter Harmony. Anxiously awaiting her return from college, Meegan hopes she will settle in Southampton to work as a teacher, and part-time as her real estate assistant.

Prior to real estate, Meegan worked in sales and marketing for a holistic health company plus enjoyed an exciting career in the entertainment field for many years. She enjoyed the great perk of travel allowing her to see so much of the country. While real estate consumes most of her life, Meegan still tries to unwind with family and friends, occasionally hear some live music, and lend her support for the needs of her community whenever spare time allows. She is also active in The Parrish Art Museum, Sacred Heart’s Church and a proud member of Corcoran Cares.

Meegan’s fine work is rewarded with not only a long list of referrals, but ranked among NRT’s top 1,000 out of 59,000 sales associates across the U.S. Her memberships include the National Association of Realtors, New York State Association of Realtors, Hamptons & North Fork Realtors Association and Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council. Meegan is as dedicated to her career as she is to the people she meets, and the unique needs of her clients.
