With over eight years of real estate experience, Stephanie has sold multi-million dollar properties to budget studios in Manhattan, forged strong relationships in the brokerage community, conducted First-Time Buyers Seminars at New York University, Chase, and for the general public, plus amassed a longstanding clientele base in the course of her career.

Prior to joining Corcoran, Stephanie L Davis worked at a boutique residential brokerage firm in Soho. As the number one sales agent, she built the sales division from the ground up, implementing first-time buyer seminars, holding weekly sales training, and gaining market expertise, among her many achievements. In 2008, Stephanie also managed the sales division, closing over $40 million in sales volume with just a handful of full-time agents.
