A graduate of George Washington University in Washington, DC, Todd earned a BA degree in Political Science then received his law degree from New York Law School.

Prior to entering real estate, Todd also worked in advertising at TriBeCa-based Paper Magazine. He was also highly involved in several family owned businesses which included classic car restoration and racing, and helping to build two fine SoHo restaurants. Todd enjoys multiple pastimes, from perfecting the culinary skills he cultivated while living in Florence, Italy, to searching for the perfect meal here in the culinary capital of the world, and volunteering his time as a big brother to high school students.
