After a year of house hunting my husband and I had begun to feel like bleeding swimmers in shark infested waters...then we met Jim Winters.  He's a different breed of real estate guy, i.e. honest, hard working and, he actually cared about us as a couple.  He would spend hours trying to understand and make us clearer about our particular needs, restrictions and targets.
