Wendy is known for her outstanding performance outside of real estate as well. Originally from Ormond Beach, FL, she also achieved widespread recognition in the tennis world, first as #1 Junior player in Florida and Top 10 Junior in the U.S. Wendy ultimately spent nearly a decade playing on the pro tennis tour as a top singles champion who played 42 Grand Slam events, and ranked #4 in the U.S. and #10 in the world. She additionally won the U.S. Senior Open Doubles in 1986 and 1997.

As successful in the world of tennis off the court, Wendy helped found the Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) tour with legends like Billie Jean King and others, and served on its first board. She was also Partner and Director of Women’s Sports Legends (WSL), a sports marketing enterprise. Wendy is a cum laude graduate of Rollins College in Winter Park, FL, with a B.A. in History and Public Affairs, and a member elect of Who’s Who in American Colleges and Universities. After graduating from college, she spent some time in Washington, D.C. working for a lobbyist representing educational institutions.

Residing in South Florida since 1970, Wendy has spent the last 33 years in Gulf Stream. She currently sits on the committee of the Bethesda Hospital Pro-Am Golf Tournament, plus has given time to The Caring Kitchen, The Delray Beach Historical Society and The Achievement Center for Children and Families.
