A New York native, Wendy moved to Palm Beach Gardens in 2005. She joined Corcoran in 2011 and became part of the Koch team. With her strong financial background and their immense knowledge of Palm Beach real estate, Wendy quickly learned the market. Wendy graduated from the University of Michigan in 1995. Wendy began her career at Saks Fifth Avenue. She started in the buying program, but by the time she left the company, Wendy was the Director for Corporate Planning, where she oversaw a $6 Billion business. When it comes to working with her clients, Wendy makes it her top priority to be there for them. She knows that her job is not just to only sell their property or find them a property, but to be there for them. She cares about her clients. Wendy makes sure that she listens to what her clients are saying. That is very important to her. She truely enjoys talking to her clients. Today, Wendy lives in Palm Beach Gardens with her husband and 2 boys.
