As a real estate specialist in historic properties and districts for 22 years, I'm more than familiar. I have renovated three myself, served on the Board of Directors (12+ years as President) of the Flamingo Park Neighborhood Assn.(one of the local historic districts), served from 1996 to 2003 on the West Palm Beach Historic Preservation Board (Chair from 2000-2003, 2006-current), and am now serving again as Chair.
