About Holly

Holly Luhtala is an outgoing and tenacious Real Estate Professional with extensive experience in sales and is known for listening to her client’s needs and providing outstanding customer service.

Holly began her career in the 1980’s working for RE/MAX in Wethersfield, Connecticut. While there, she specialized in distressed REO Foreclosure Properties working directly with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac & HUD negotiating contracts.

After relocating to South Florida in 1995, she learned Florida real estate from the ground-up, literally, by becoming an expert in New Construction. She worked directly with Builder/Developers for almost 10 years and was responsible for launching new neighborhoods, from the Sales Contract, Interior & Architectural Designs through their Closings, she successfully sold hundreds of homes.

In 2006 she obtained her CSP (Certified New Home Sales Professional) Certificate and became a member of The Gold Coast Builders Association.

In 2008 Holly began working in the luxury market of Palm Beach with one of the top Brokers in the Country. She works and plays on the island and happily services Palm Beach, West Palm Beach, Jupiter & Palm Beach Gardens areas.

In 2010 she was asked to represent SEC owned properties and dealt directly with Government assigned legal counsel to procure buyers for these properties.

When not selling south Florida homes, Holly enjoys spending time with her husband and beautiful daughter boating and enjoying this fantastic paradise we call home.
