The company was purchased by The Corcoran Group, thereby enhancing its global reach and marketing support. Jim remains as Senior Broker Associate and continues to be recognized as one of its top producers each year. Specializing in $10 Million+ properties, Jim’s sales volume has exceeded $100 million in sales yearly since 2004. Since joining Corcoran, he is consistently recognized as being in the top 1.7 percent of performers and is a member of Corcoran’s President’s Council.

Charity work is close to Jim’s heart and he is a regular contributor to The Palm Beach Tennis Patrons, The Norton Museum of Art, The American Heart Association and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. He was born and raised in Garden City, New York and is a graduate of Holy Cross College in Worcester, MA. Prior to his real estate career, Jim was employed in television broadcast sales; initially with WPTV in West Palm Beach, and later with CBS Television in Los Angeles and New York. Jim returned to Palm Beach and became a full-time residential REALTOR in Palm Beach in 1986.

Jim resides in Palm Beach with his wife, Sara, and their ten year old daughter, Caroline. Active participants in Palm Beach real estate, Jim and Sara have purchased, renovated, developed and sold numerous properties in Palm Beach.
