About Marianne

For over a decade, Marianne Chopp has successfully served buyers and sellers of luxury homes, land, equestrian estates, condominiums and multi-family dwellings in the Palm Beach market. Her outstanding results are based on the keen attention she pays to clients, and to her strong background in finance that enables her to accurately analyze the value of properties.
Marianne is well known in the industry both for getting clients great deals on homes, condominiums and vacant land, and for representing absolutely unique properties such as a $32 million equestrian estate in Wellington.
Marianne attended at Vanderbilt University with part of her studies in France,graduated cum laude with a BA degree in French Literature from Drew University, and studied for an MBA in Corporate Finance from NYU Stern School of Business. Marianne spent the early part of her career living and working in New York City as a Multi-Family Property Analyst for HUD, as Vice President for First Union, as Vice President of Corporate Finance for Citicorp, and Banque Nationale de Paris.
Marianne is fluent in the English and French languages, plus has studied Russian, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish. She currently lives in Palm Beach in a condo she recently renovated with views that span Palm Beach from the Intracoastal to the ocean. Her favorites things to do include taking bike trips through France, playing piano and golf, attending movies, the theatre and opera. At home she loves doting on her beautiful Havanese dog, Nicky.
