About Stuart
Stuart has a tremendous background in building, developing and selling real-estates and can assist his clients with the buying, selling, staging, pricing and evaluating both condos and single family homes in Broward, Palm Beach and Miami-Dade Counties.
Stuart possesses a vast range of real estate training, knowledge and experience. After earning a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Stuart worked for a large construction company learning how to build estate-homes from the bottom-up.
In 1991 Stuart moved to Palm Beach County from Montreal and developed Addison Estates located on the grounds of the Boca Raton Resort and Club, and later Grand Cay Estates sited on the Intracoastal in Highland Beach. He then went on to design and develop multi-million dollar estates in Hillsboro Mile, Highland Beach, Manalapan, Palm Beach and Aventura. As a licensed general-contractor and developer, Stuart can be invaluable to his clients with the local architects, contractors, ARCOM and the permitting process.
In 2004 Stuart started his career as a Licensed Real Estate Agent and has worked in Sales and Rentals in Palm Beach, Boca Raton, and Delray Beach. Currently Stuart has also been helping clients buy foreclosures and short sales in Boca Raton, Coconut Creek, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach and many other areas in South Florida.
Charity work is a part of Stuart’s day. He is involved with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and regularly attends the Light the Night event as a team organizer. In addition he sits on the Board of Directors for Donna Klein Jewish Academy where his children attend school.
