This architectural jewel, a Marion Sims Wyeth landmark, is located just off Worth Avenue, and is a stunning collaboration between Jeffery W. Smith (Smith Architectural Group) and Mario Nievera (Nievera Williams Landscape) which creates a synchronous symphony between indoors and out. Gardens with coquina and Chicago brick pavers lead the pathways to various seating areas including a delightful al fresco dining area with fireplace. Interiors have been carefully restored while keeping it with today's lifestyle and technology. The eat-in kitchen offers top of the line appliances w/gas range, custom cabinetry with self-closing drawers. Charming French doors with invisible screens throughout the first floor open onto lovely gardens that can be easily viewed from everywhere in the home. Waterworks bathrooms, Crestron music system, alarm system with keyless entry and security cameras. This 3-year gut renovation created an enchanting masterpiece that should not be missed.

According to early settler accounts, Palm Beach received its name from the shipwreck of the "Providencia."
The ship washed ashore in January of 1878 with a cargo of cocoanuts bound from Havana to Barcelona. Early settlers lost no time salvaging and planting the cocoanuts, which were not native to South Florida, hoping to launch the area into the commercial cocoanut industry. But this lush barrier island, 16 miles long and located 65 miles north of Miami, was destined for much bigger things. Its close proximity to the warm waters of the Gulf Stream produced a hothouse environment where the crème de la crème would flourish.
