Brian grew up on Fire Island and in Bay Shore, Long Island. He has been a Hamptons mainstay since 1985 with strong roots and a vast network throughout the area. In fact his entire family still lives there, including his including his stepfather Dick Swanson who has been building ultra-luxurious custom homes on the East End for over 30 years. Brian worked for his company way earlier in his career, complementing his knowledge of the industry with various facets of construction. He also previously managed various estates on Long Island and Manhattan for a wealthy investor before fully focusing on residential sales and rentals.

Brian himself has purchased and sold several homes so has a personal understanding of and keen eye for potential and value. He resides in beautiful Hunts Point, and is an avid tennis player, boater and skier in spare time.
