After having our house on the market for 2 years we were put in touch with Cliffeton. She advised us on how to show our home to its best advantage. She re-staged our house, re-photographed it and sold it for close to asking price within 2 months.— Lindsey Kane/ Ed Shank, Seller
Cliffeton Green has perfected the art of turning dated and tired homes into precious gems; marketing and selling them from $350,000 dollars to $31,500,000. She has an amazing aptitude for knowing how best to show a house for sale. Her creative flair for interior design (home staging), knowledge of architecture and the understanding of building and renovation lend extremely well to the guidance and knowledge she provides buyers and sellers. Cliffeton has over 25 years of experience in the field of real-estate, both as a real-estate broker in Manhattan and the Hamptons, and as an investor, buying and selling numerous homes over the years, always for a profit.
By providing service in all aspects of the transaction process, she is able to educate her clientele to make wise investments in real-estate. When listing a home, Cliffeton's interior design experience, joined with her backround in professional photography, and her understanding of landscape design, (which she conveniently learned on her parents' estates) expedite sales for her clients. When representing the buyer Cliffeton is able to get them to visualize what a property can be. Her main concern for buyers is first and formost value for the money spent. It is always foremost on her mind. Customers looking to buy also rely on her ingenuity, understanding of building design and renovation, market insight and business savvy to secure the best home for the best price.
Originally from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, Cliffeton graduated from The Madeira School for Girls and Vassar Collage after which she came to New York and landed a terrific job in the world of media political consulting, working for some of the greats in the business, with photography as her favorite hobby. Cliffeton also ran her own public relations company for several years before entering real estate, handling politicians, the USS Growler, Fasig-Tipton Thoroughbred auction dealers, and the Jamician bobsled team, among other fun projects.
The eldest of five children, Cliffeton is very close to her family and well-connected within her Hamptons community of 21 years. In addition to her passion for real estate, she enjoys playing tennis, hiking in exotic places, gardening and is very active in animal rescue.
