About Greg

Greg O’Halloran’s appreciation of beauty, creative vision and business savvy are brought to life in the results he achieves for his real estate clients. An accomplished artist who’s also enjoyed an illustrious career as design consultant, this insightful professional thrives on the same interaction with people and diversity of projects to which he’s been long accustomed.

Greg and his wife Marlene, with whom he partners at Corcoran, have nearly 20 years of combined real estate experience. Together, they share membership in Corcoran’s Multimillion Dollar Club. In 1995 they bought a home in Sag Harbor and ultimately moved there full time.

After 25 years of loft living in Lower Manhattan’s TriBeCa district, the change was both deliberate and welcomed. Greg’s passion for the inherently beautiful, well-designed homes throughout the area and ability to relate to the tasteful individuals who gravitate towards them struck a chord. The successful careers of his mother and grandfather in real estate inspired his entry into the business.

A graduate of California State University at Fresno with an MFA, Greg excelled in the art world, boasting numerous exhibitions shown in prominent New York galleries as well as other high-profile venues around the country. He supplemented his creativity and worked for a NY-based manufacturer of custom-crafted, museum quality picture frames and framed mirrors. Greg collaborated with the city’s top interior designers and architects on many residential and commercial projects, plus consulted with major museums recommending historically correct modern and period framing for their new art acquisitions and permanent collections.

Whether it’s helping renters find that special summer cottage or selling a Multi-million dollar listing, Greg’s ability to negotiate the transaction between buyers and sellers is greatly appreciated.
