About Jonathan

Even before Jonathan Milioti was born, his family was summering in the Hamptons. From infancy through his teen years when they moved there full time from NYC, Jonathan's "market education" was deeply ingrained, providing a lifelong affiliation with and incomparable knowledge of the area.

After earning a Business Degree with a Finance focus from Fordham University, Jonathan spent years working in Manhattan for a boutique equities sales and trading firm on Wall Street. Post 9/11, he felt compelled to give back to the community, so returned to school at Stony Brook University where he received a BS Degree in Nursing with an emphasis in Critical Care. Jonathan became a registered nurse and worked in intensive care medicine before moving back to East Hampton permanently to pursue his longtime interest in real estate.

A decade of personal experience in his own real estate investments and projects ultimately inspired Jonathan's professional entry into the field. His passion for real estate and appreciation of architecture coupled with his enjoyment in working with people fulfill him each day.

Comprehensive knowledge of the Hamptons from Southampton to Montauk, combined with market savvy honed in his past finance career, are among the many assets Jonathan offers his loyal real estate clients. However, equally important is his genuine caring for people's needs and his adeptness at customer service. When not hard at work, Jonathan still enjoys supporting local hospitals. He also enjoys gardening, and is an advocate for environmental awareness and preservation.
