Myles has specialized in the sale of residential homes on the East end of Long Island since joining with Allan Schneider Associates now the Corcoran Group as a licensed sales associate in 1999. Myles has been involved in marketing, selling and renting properties, land subdivision and working with builders. A benchmark transaction included being the listing agent for the most expensive single family residence to ever sell north of the highway off the water in the Hamptons ($20+M in 2005).
Myles has served on the Board of the Hamptons and North Fork Realtors Association as Vice President for three years, plus was named Agent of the Year in 2002 by the New York State Association of Realtors. Myles has also enjoyed status as one of the leading referral agents on the East End for several out of the area real estate agencies.
Before entering real estate, Myles led a successful career in executive marketing and sales positions for several multi-national computer and communications corporations. This experience enables him to utilize the latest technology for his clients, making the navigation of buying and selling a home much easier. Especially useful in the real estate market where Myles excels is his ability to identify properties that match the varying needs of his diverse customer base. A Hamptons resident for over 25 years, Myles possesses an intricate knowledge of the East End which has earned him multi-million-dollar listings and sales from Westhampton Beach to Montauk on the South Folk and Jamesport to Greenport on the North.
When not applying his real estate talents, Myles can be found sailing or playing golf around Long Island or in Orchid Island, Florida where he and his wife Carol have a home.
