Knowing that being a full-service broker is crucial to her success, Pat handles sale and rental properties in the Hamptons and the eastern end of Long Island, including Southampton to Montauk, the villages of Water Mill, Bridgehampton, Wainscott, Sagaponack and East Hampton. Having designed and renovated multiple homes for her personal use has honed her knowledge of construction costs, suppliers, zoning codes and relative values. Creativity and problem solving are her joy and forte. This creative path started with a fine arts degree that went from teaching to textile design to business owner, and finally, to a real estate career. Pat's success in translating concept to reality at the right price point continues today. Over the years, the experience of traveling for work as well as living in several different places made the beauty of the Hamptons a clear choice when deciding on a permanent home in which to live and work. Pat's favorite pastimes of gardening, painting and traveling go hand in hand with her interest in preserving our natural habitat in order to maintain the beauty that brought her here.
