Scott initially began his real estate career in East Hampton and Amagansett, New York nearly a decade ago. His license was held by Allan Schneider Associates before they were purchased by The Corcoran Group. Having listed and sold many multi-million dollar properties, Scott realized what a key ingredient trust played in working with absentee owners. As a child, Scott’s three main interests were; horses, hounds and houses. He could easily be found showing ponies in local horse shows, caring for a neighbor’s pet or scouring the pages of a local Long Island Homes magazine. While his brother was an agent in Huntington, NY, Scott often accompanied him to open houses and loved going through both historical homes and new construction throughout Lloyd’s Neck and Huntington Bay.
With an MBA from the University of South Florida, and a BBA from The George Washington University, Scott has had significant coursework in Marketing and Customer Service. He has worked effectively in both sales and rentals and enjoys the satisfaction which comes in delighting a customer. The transaction process should be enjoyable whether it is getting a client a great sale price for their listing or helping a customer relaize their oceanfront dream.
