Suzanne's guiding principle is that you cannot sell what you do not believe in. Living most of her life on eastern Long Island has afforded her an appreciation of the community so necessary to serve both sellers and buyers.

Her second principle is that you cannot sufficiently serve your customers if you do not take the time to understand their preferences and requirements. She is always well informed and pleasantly efficient. Additionally, she provides assistance beyond the normal scope of a realtor, from obtaining surveys and closing documents, to recommending the best restaurants.

Suzanne's dedication, as well as her low key East End personality, has made her a top producer since joining the firm in July, 2001.
