Originally from the Philadelphia area, Traci earned a BFA in performance and art from Adelphi University and journeyed to Nantucket where she balanced a caretaking business for fine properties while pursuing theater works.

Moving to San Francisco, Traci worked in the theater including George Coates Performance Works, A.C.T., performing at Theater Artaud with Zakros InterArts, and other venues. To expand her repertoire, she entered product management for Opcode Systems, a leading music software firm in Palo Alto; afterwards parlaying her experience and creativity into a career in Hollywood. She worked on White Squall, written by her brother Todd, directed by Ridley Scott; G.I. Jane, and was the Executive Producer for Amargosa, recognized by the industry as a finalist for an Academy Award nomination and winning the esteemed Emmy Award in 2003. Traci also worked as a freelance producer for national television commercials.

Coming back to family roots in the Hamptons nine years ago, inspired by her father, an architect, Traci chose to work in real estate as a professional channel for her knowledge, enthusiasm and talents.

Now her award winning efforts are directed to serving the needs of her clients. Expertise, attention to detail, knowledge of the market and total dedication are what create the desired results and successful outcomes for her clients. Traci’s record of satisfied customers is reflected by a steady stream of referrals. She has earned accolades, awards and membership in the multi-million dollar club and preferred agent status as top producer.

Traci lives in Sag Harbor with her husband and young son. She considers it a privilege to live in such a beautiful place. When she has spare time she enjoys boating and kayaking the extraordinary waterways she calls home.

Traci’s caring nature extends to charitable work as a member of ARF, Habitat for Humanity, The Heifer Organization and as an advocate for local arts venues such as HITFest. She donates resources to the Lupus and Leukemia Foundations and families in need in Kenya.
