Paul Wexler has played an active role as the leader in healthcare related real estate transactions throughout the metropolitan area for over 20 years. Mr. Wexler's loyal following of healthcare professionals and real estate developers, brokers and others in the medical and real estate industries have enabled him to consummate more than 1000 health care related real estate transactions.
Prior to establishing Corcoran Wexler Healthcare Properties, Mr. Wexler was Executive Vice President and Director of the Healthcare Properties Division at another real estate firm. In addition to his work with hospitals, healthcare companies, and group practices, he has served clients in a variety of healthcare specialties ranging from Ambulatory Surgery Centers, Plastic Surgery, Infertility, Radiology, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Dermatology and Orthopedic Surgery just to name a few.
Mr. Wexler has represented some of New York's largest and most well-respected building owners. He has represented the finest co-op corporations on Park and Fifth Avenues and has sold hundreds of offices on Park and Fifth Avenues to some of the most renowned physicians. Mr. Wexler has served on the Board of Directors of the Commercial Brokerage Division of the Real Estate Board of New York.
