When his retail work took him to a new city, he always bought a new home instead of renting. He quickly developed an interest and keen understanding of the local real estate market, possessing an intuitive knowledge of the "right" area as well as the "right" purchase price. He has worked with and learned from the best brokers: from Chicago to Columbus, Baltimore to Boston, and certainly in New York City.
