His 20 years in the taxable fixed income markets began with Paine Webber in the institutional sales group covering large financial institutions then evolved into his role as a Director/Salesperson at Barclays, GMAC-RFC and Managing Director at PNC. Zoltan has a strong knowledge of mortgage finance and mortgage securities which is a vital asset for his real estate clients. He has worked with many institutional clients across the country including insurance companies, money managers, banks and investment funds, so boasts a vast, high-profile directory of contacts.
Zoltan earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He has been a Manhattan resident of over 20 years, and Westhampton with his wife and their son. He is an avid skier and biker, a skilled games man who enjoys poker and chess, and a classical music enthusiast. Zoltan also sits on the Board of Directors of the Omega Ensemble and is fluent in Hungarian.
