Amy Singer, a Senior Vice President and Associate Broker with The Corcoran Group, is consistently a top producer in the firm of more than 2000 realtors. Several years ago Amy was awarded the First Prize in the Real Estate Board of New York Residential Sales Deal of the Year competition. She's part of The Multi-Million Dollar Circle, The $20,000,000 Club, and she has also received multiple Broker of the Month awards.
Impressive as her sales record, is Amy doesn't work to earn awards. She works for her clients and customers. She focuses on meeting their needs so they'll be totally satisfied during and after the sales process. As a result, Amy earns her client's highest accolades. They cite her honesty, efficiency, and sense of responsibility.
She truly understands how stressful buying and selling property can be. "A home is a major purchase, one of the most important and expensive investments in their lives. Naturally, people tend to feel anxious," she says. "I care about my client's investment; I'm there to support them through every part of the process. In fact, I even spend my spare time worrying so they won't have to."
Because Amy gives each deal everything she's got, she has to be selective in choosing who she works with, or the quality of her service would drop. Of course, this, too, ultimately benefits her clients. "I only take on what I know I can deliver," she says.
