Prior to his work in real estate, Seth honed his leadership and interpersonal skills in the non-profit sector as a volunteer manager for the American Red Cross in Greater New York, where he created strategies to retain and recognize a staff of 7,000+ volunteers, plus oversaw the internship program.

Raised in the western suburbs of Philadelphia, Seth holds a B.F.A. in Theatre and an M.A. in German Literature, both from New York University. He’s lived in many different neighborhoods of NYC, from Williamsburg/Greenpoint in Brooklyn to downtown Manhattan, to the Upper West Side where he now resides. As an avid long-distance runner (who has completed four NYC Marathons), Seth has traveled all five boroughs on foot, giving him a unique perspective and ability to always discover something new.
