“I work for The Corcoran Group because they are an ethical company and they allow me to offer a high degree of service to my customers.” Claudia Barritt brings the same focus and discipline to her career as a Real Estate professional that she brought to her career as a professional musician and teacher. Her commitment to her clients starts with the belief that New York property is a great investment. “Whether you’re a family looking for your first home, or an investor interested in adding property to you portfolio, I can help you achieve your goal. Real estate is a big investment and knowing when to buy and when to sell is an important decision. My goal is to provide you with the information you need to make the right decision; I am your advocate.”
Claudia’s personal success with real estate along with her maturity and understanding of people, in all the different stages of life, make her a strong negotiator for her clients’. A testament to her success is the way in which she addresses every type of market. Whether in Manhattan or Brooklyn, she regularly works with buyers and sellers, and brings a subtle and comprehensive understanding of the marketplace to every transaction she handles. She is constantly upgrading her knowledge, she is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York, and she adheres to all Fair Housing Laws. Outside of work, Claudia spends time in her Dutch stone farmhouse, known as Fort Duprey, that was built in 1750. Her goal is to preserve it's history while upgrading it for the 21st Century with a geothermal system and other green enhancements. She also loves gardening, and continues to perform with music groups doing public service concerts in New York City.
