Noemi Bitterman loves her real estate career because it involves the things she enjoys working with the most: people, properties and finance. As a former mortgage broker with extensive knowledge of the business, she decided to pursue her passion in real estate and help clients with all facets of a real estate transaction, from the nuts and bolts of lending to the ins and outs of the market. A natural at sales and at providing excellent service, Noemi is a calm, patient and guiding force through a process which can often be confusing and daunting – the purchase or sale of one's home. "I want my clients to feel confident and secure knowing I have all the information and ammunition to lead them forward through their deal". My greatest satisfaction is getting to the closing table and seeing my clients happy and at ease.
Noemi's business sense and creativity come from her diverse professional experience. Prior to entering real estate she ran her own import food company, designed elegant custom clothing for special occasions, and was a mortgage broker before branching out into residential real esate, her true passion and calling.
Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, she was raised in Brooklyn. Noemi owns her home in Flatbush where she resides with her husband and children, and adores the wonderful properties old and new that the city has to offer.
Noemi is fluent in English and Spanish, is a voracious reader (especially the New York Times Real Estate Section!), and likes staying active doing yoga and spinning.
