With a degree in the Social Sciences,He incorporates it with getting to the root of ensuring a high level of dedication and in depth searching while investigating all factors affecting the current real estate market to fulfill his client’s needs and desires. His main objective is helping his clients to achieve the contracts finality, bringing all negotiations, inspections, and processes to a close.
A Brooklyn resident for nearly two decades, Shinichi has called the Clinton Hill vicinity home for the past 10 years. He embraces the true beauty & the history of Brooklyn and is continuously awaken by the combination of the old and the new - a delectable promise of a little bit of everything for everyone. He loves the eclectic mix of eateries, shops, religious institutions, colleges, and new sports and arts arenas popping up in the area. His previous work at The Juilliard School of Music conducting stage and sound production for school rehearsals and live performances afforded Shinichi the privilege and pleasure of working with an elite group of classically-trained musicians and artists. Through his enjoyment of interacting with all varieties of artists, he developed a passion for seeing the silhouette of a home through stage performances, which inspired his move to join Corcoran.
Personally, Shinichi is involved in Martial Arts (Aikodo specifically), which helps him develop inner power, control his chi, know how to read his opponent, plus keeps him centered and balanced physically and mentally. With having the inner Zen, he feels a broader insight with properties, seeing the quality and grander picture at first glance. Other favorite hobbies include home decoration, textile re-upholstering, sewing, cooking and fine wines.
